Extra Mile

I just purchased a 2012 ford fusion sport. The sales team at Willowbrook Ford went the extra mile to get the exact car i wanted for me. They were all very friendly and personable. Dan in internet sales quickly responsive to my quarry and set me up with Jay in sales. Jay showed me all my options and quickly located the car i wanted. The whole staff were flexible to my schedule and needs.

Needed a good price

Went in looking for a decent used car. Mike showed me some nice ones then asked if I wanted to look at a new Focus because the rebates were really good. Turns out I got a brand new Focus for just a little bit more than the new one plus it had a better finance rate. Couldn't ask for a better deal.

Great Place

I pass Willowbrook Ford EVERYDAY on my way to work. I stopped in one day out curiously to see what they had in their inventory. Seeing these big box dealerships they almost all look the same but their dealership stands out to me more than many others out there. A young gentleman by the name of Kevin assisted me even though I told him I was not there to buy. He was very informative and patient with me as I did ask him MANY questions. He showed me around the inventory new and used showing me options that would ideal for my families next purchase. There is no doubt when I am ready I will give Kevin my business. I felt really comfortable with him he truly knows how to make customers feel like guests.

So helpful

After the holidays I stopped in Willowbrook Ford with my son to take a look at their used cars. My son attends college out of state & needed a car & my own car was on its last leg. Being a woman entering a car dealership can be a bit intimidating. What do I know about cars right Well after looking around a bit we were approached by a very professional & friendly salesman Andy. He asked what I was looking for & I explained the situation & my budget. He suggested a 2007 Dodge Calibur with low miles. The car was in immaculate condition. The price was reasonable & my mind was set. This was gonna be my car. The finance dept was able to get me a great rate & low monthly payments. I couldnt be happier. Next we were in search of a car for my son. There were 2 cars win my price range to choose from. Both had fairly low miles & in good condition. One was a 2003 Ford & the other was a 2003 Eclipse. Being an 18 year old college boy Im sure you can guess which one he chose. Yes the sportier looking Eclipse. HE couldnt be happier. I can certainly appreciate the efforts made by Andy (sales) & Rambo (finance). They took the time to listen to what I was looking for & kept me win my budget. Thank you to Andy Rambo & Joe Catino who helped make our car shopping much more pleasant than I expected. I would definitely recommend family & friends to Willowbrook

David Dickey was an excellent salesman. He didnt BS around and gave us the best price the first time. When I have to buy another car Im definitely coming to him He also made it a quick trip. I hate spending all day at the dealership and it was the quickest experience Ive ever had at the dealership
